I was going to do a post on fashion dessasters of all kinds, but Rihanna is such a big fashion dissaster, she deserves a post just for herself. I think her alter ego's name is Guetrina. Mix of Gueto with hurricane Katrina. I mean dont get me wrong Vic B also have her bad days, but Rihanna is for sure the worst dressed person on earth. Not only because she does it so many times, but also because she still thats being a fashionista. I mean doesnt she has friends? Please someone tell her thats not cool.

Actually i think she and Lady Gaga are very competent in being fashionistas.....in a world where Paris Hilton is the president of the United States. Is how i always say girl WHAT WORLD DO YOU LIVE IN???? I think fashion also has to fit your personality. I mean if Victoria Beckham wears a dress like this one bellow i would have found it bad, but not screaming bad. I dont know theres something about her personality that just do not match the over the top fashion attitude she puts out. She is young, tanned, curvy, fun and should wear pieces that are more age and personality appropriated. All the rest should be less, less of everything. Volume should be used very carefully, or you use it on the hips, or in the shoulders. The brigth paterns also add more to the mess, making the dress look like a mixture of red roses and a car accident.
Less of everything and more hair because her haircuts have been horrendous, i dont know whos your hair stylist honey, but he for sure is not your best friend. Actually not of your stylists are. I mean do you even have friends to tell you THAT does not look good? Honestly is one dissaster after another, from head to toe. If I were you i would buy a wig from Real Housewifes of Atlanta Kim Zolciak and rock it full time.

This one below i saw in a blog and the person put the tag biker chic. First of all where is the biker anyways? I mean looking around i saw many blogs where she was considered the fashion icon of the year, and people saying her haircuts are the best one seen this year.

She needs to put her acts toguether, its too much of everything, and too much of everything looking cheap. Add some classic pieces, throw out some stuff and fire your stylist.

Outrageous fashion is the kind of fashion that is terrible but for some reason is so out there it kind of makes sense. Outrageous people that use this kind of fashion are people that are very out there too. Just like JLo, Mary from the Block, and a very very dear sweet friend of mine.

I mean don’t get me wrong I LOOOOOOVE her, she`s got nails bigger then a sasquatch (Pe Grande), a different color every week to match her earrings, bag, notebook, shoes, clothes etc. But you know what who cares her parties are the best, loots of champagne, loots of French cuisine, she is always so kind I would die for her. She`s a really good friend besides her romantic choices. Honey you deserve better, but that`s another thing. By the way my choices have been terrible to so far so dear you are not the only one. But you know what my mom always says? Good things happen for those who wait.

Versace Heaven

A very famous Brazilian fashion designer, that I admire very much for his personality besides his talent, the late Clodovil Hernandez used to say Gianni Versace is the designer responsible for transforming the woman in a whore. Maybe because he comes from a generation of designers used to the Jackie O, Maria Teresa Goulart/ first lady kind of glamour. The 80ths brought up a new kind of new Yorker, cosmopolitan inspired aggressive kind of woman that is not afraid to use her curves and her claws to get where she wants in her career and life.

I mean, dont get me wrong first lady/ classic fashion is great, and theres no mistake about it if you ask Carla Bruni but dont you guys think we need a lil bit of Victoria Beckham extravaganza to spice things up, or even to say urggggg thats so Mary from the Block! Well Carla used to be much more fun anyways when she was not married and a female Dom Juan.

More than anything Gianni designed for a woman that is not afraid to show her sensuality/ sexuality, and that’s always very good for the evolution of society. Not that sexuality should be used to get what you want, but it takes a little bit of shock for a change, and Gianni’s fashion shock expressed the need to feel better about ourselves towards our sensuality. Its like Lucas a dear friend of mine would say, If you wanna be rich, you gotta be a bitch LOL. Gianni came along with it, passing for his designs this new filestyle. Just like Channel did in the early 1900 freeing women from long, complicated and very tight outfits and giving then the freedom necessary for their growing independence. I think fashion goes along with culture and is a very powerful tool for women and society liberation.

So even tho I love Clodovil personally and his integrity, I have to disagree with him in this one. By the way Donatella Versace is doing a wonderful job, transforming women in Goddess, that’s what I felt when I first saw the models bellow. Goddess in the Olympus. Sometimes I think Donatella just like Cavalli are way too much Mary from the Block, exaggerated and Mexican soap opera prom night but I admit those dresses are what I call divine fashion!
